Petronio Company is experienced in the field of manufacturing of tools since 1850. The production process is carried out by specialised technicians now. They work with the same dedication of that time, but by using the most modern production systems which allow a continuous improvement of products.

After the initial and accurate checking, the raw materials are cut and warmed by means of furnaces. Forging starts when the raw materials reach the right temperature. Then follow smoothing and tempering.
Before painting the tools are tested. The varnishing is effected by dipping or by powder, according to the characteristics of the products and of the used materials.
After the packaging, the products are ready to be introduced on the market.

During all the manufacturing process, the products are continuously checked in order to assure the compliance with the quality standards decided by Petronio company.
